James Larkin
Player Development Director
James is a native to the Mississippi Gulf Coast, and a pioneer of coast gaming with nearly 25 years in the gaming industry. A majority of his career has been spent in table games operations where he has served in every position from casino dealer to his most recent position as casino shift manager. James has been recognized for many achievements over the years, and in 2012 he received the highest award in the company: Manager of the Year. His knowledge of the property along with nearly a decade of relationship building at Hard Rock Biloxi provide a solid platform for his transition into Player Development. As the Player Development Manager, James is enthusiastic about the future and excited to be a part of the phenomenal team of hosts.
Billy Deville
Player Development Executive & Brand Evangelist
Although born in Milwaukee Wisconsin, Billy calls the Gulf Coast his home. He spent the 60s, 70s, and 80s in show business. In the early 90s he went into Casino Entertainment and his entertainment background moved him to Greece. In 2000 Billy began working in Mississippi casinos and helped open the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Biloxi. He was one of the original employees in 2005 and was deemed our Brand Evangelist during the opening in 2007. Billy moved into Player Development in 2009 and enjoys meeting new people and is determined to provide the best service to our guests.
Dustin LeMasters
Executive Casino Host
Dustin is a graduate of Tulane University and has a passion for his family, friends, and sports. His experience in the casino industry on the Gulf Coast has led him to working at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Biloxi.
Dustin has worked in the gaming industry on the Mississippi Gulf Coast for over 23 years. He has established his work experience through his time in the U.S. Navy and working throughout the casino in banquets, security, players club, and the front desk. Dustin moved into Player Development in 2000, graduated from Tulane University and has never looked back. His passion is to ensure an authentic Hard Rock experience!
Najat Bouaziz
Executive Casino Host
Najat has over 22 years of gaming experience with four casinos throughout Mississippi and Louisiana. Her experiences range from retail, marketing, to player development. Although she calls Biloxi home, she was born in Morocco and commonly refers to herself as being French Moroccan with a lot of Southern twang. Najat’s passion, dedication, and attention to details enables her to provide personalized experiences to her guests. Her love for music has landed her dream job at Hard Rock with the BEST casino in Biloxi. Her love for animals has landed her many adopted four legged kids. Najat is ready to tell you all about what she loves about Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Biloxi and find out what your loves are as well.
Mary Lofton
Executive Casino Host
Mary is originally from Cali, Colombia. She enjoys spending time with her family and listening to salsa music. Mary graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from the University of Cali and specialized in Human Resources. Mary has called Mississippi home for over 24 years now. Mary likes to say that Colombia is south of Mississippi, so that makes her super southern. Mary has more than 20 years of experience in the gaming industry and she is "MUY FELIZ" to become your Executive Host and help you fully experience all the Hard Rock Biloxi has to offer.
Katelynn Hart
Casino Host
A lifelong resident of Mississippi and graduate of local Gulf Coast College. Katelynn has a passion for family, reading, and music. With a career that began at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Biloxi in 2009 Katelynn has been a part of various teams and gained a plethora of customer service experience through the years. Katelynn is excited to be a part of the team as she builds new relationships and works to exceed her guest’s expectations.
Krista Mastroianni
Casino Host
Krista is a seasoned casino manager with over 14 years of experience at Hard Rock Biloxi. She has enjoyed 28 years in her gaming career where she has served in many role including Pit Supervisor, Floor Manager, and now Casino Host. Krista was born in Massachusetts and raised in California, but gladly calls southern Mississippi home. She is an active member of the Culture Club and relishes all the philanthropic opportunities the program provides; she is always eager to volunteer. When Krista is not at work, she enjoys working out, traveling, and spending time with her family.
Over the past 14 years Krista has built many relationships with our players. She is very excited to be a part of the Host Team and looks forward to her new position. Krista is driven and dedicated to ensuring our guests have the absolute best experiences, fulfilling the Hard Rock commitment, and delivering authentic experiences that rock!
